Will leads BC’s business development, strategy and execution efforts. Will joined BC (Crump I) in 2008 and has been involved in the formation and execution of the oil and gas ventures since joining the company.  Prior to BC, Will served as an engineer on a HPE rotation program at Northrop Grumman and then joined Casmar Capital as a Partner. Will graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Will currently serves as a board member of Camino Real Foods and of The Steamboat Mountain School in Colorado.
