Will is the Vice President of Finance at BC Operating, which he joined in October 2025. Prior to BC Operating, Will worked as an Associate at RBC Capital Markets, focusing on corporate M&A and A&D transactions in the Upstream sector. Will began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Regan earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee at Martin and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
